- As of June 17, 2024, a non-citizen must have resided in the U.S. for ten (10) or more years
- Be legally married to a U.S. Citizen.

WHEN DOES IT START?
The program will not go into effect until the end of the summer, with an official date to be announced after the regulations are published.
