Bakersfield, CA (December 6, 2021) – One person has lost their life after their involvement in a car accident on Friday, December 3. The wreck happened in Bakersfield and was reported at approximately 8:30 p.m.
Sources say that the incident occurred along Highway 99 near the Lerdo Highway. The driver of a Nissan pickup truck collided with a semi that was parked on the side of the road.
Information from the California Highway Patrol states that the driver lost their life at the scene of the crash. Their identity has not been reported at this time.
