Brentwood, CA – One Killed in Car Wreck on Vasco Rd near Walnut Blvd, One Seriously Injured
Brentwood, CA (November 27, 2021) – The California Highway Patrol reported that one person lost their life and another was seriously injured after a vehicle crash that occurred in the morning hours of November 25. The incident occurred on Vasco Road near Walnut Boulevard.
Reports indicate that a Ford F-350 and a Toyota Corolla were headed in opposite directions just south of Walnut Boulevard on Vasco Road when one of them drifted into the oncoming lane.
The wreck occurred just before 6:00 a.m. The driver of the Ford was seriously hurt in the accident and transported to an area medical center by paramedics. The Toyota’s driver was pronounced deceased on-site due to their injuries. The passenger in the Toyota suffered minor injuries and was also transported to an area medical center for treatment.
At this time, no one involved has been identified to the public. Authorities in Brentwood continue to investigate.
