Christmas Lights In Fresno And Central California Valley
Do you remember mom and dad driving you around to see the holiday lights when you were a child? Everyone would pile into the family car to ride through neighborhoods to see how other families decorated their homes and yards to celebrate the season. Today, Christmas lights have become much grander. As ABC30 Action News reports, one Clovis neighborhood puts on a light “show” each season.
Santa Claus Lane in Clovis
If you want to take the kids to see some spectacular lights this season, head over to Santa Claus Lane in Clovis. This Clovis neighborhood takes decorating for Christmas to an entirely new level. Neighbors work together to install elaborate lighted decorations that are then synchronized to music. There are seventeen songs to enjoy as you ride through the neighborhood, simply tune to a local radio station. On December 17, they plan to have a Frozen night with seven songs from the hit Disney movie. You can drive or walk through the display each evening through the holiday season.
Next year, another row of homeowners plan to take part in the holiday light event. If they achieve their plans, Santa Clause Lane will be the largest synchronized neighborhood light show in the world.
