Bakersfield, CA – Jose Armando Colorado Vasquez Killed in Fatal Accident at McKee Rd near S Union Ave
Bakersfield, CA (October 19, 2021) – A 20-year-old man identified as Jose Armando Colorado Vasquez was identified as the driver killed in an auto accident that happened late Sunday, October 17 in South Bakersfield.
Information from the California Highway Patrol stated that the collision occurred at McKee Road and South Union Avenue at approximately 11:15 p.m. Vasquez and the driver of an SUV were involved in a wreck at the intersection.
Paramedics who responded to the scene transported Vasquez to Kern Medical to be treated for his injuries. He was later pronounced deceased. The reason the crash occurred remains under police investigation at this time.
