Bakersfield, CA – Steve Long Crisp Killed in Motorcycle Crash on Planz Rd
Bakersfield, CA (November 26, 2020) – A motorcycle accident reported in the Bakersfield area claimed the life of one man on Wednesday afternoon. Just before 12:50 p.m., on November 25, the Bakersfield Police Department was requested at the site of a crash on Planz Road.
Reports provided by the police show that a male was riding a motorcycle on Planz Road near the Planz Elementary School when his vehicle collided with a second vehicle on the road.
The man was ejected from his motorcycle. During the crash, the victim sustained fatal injuries. Authorities arrived at the scene of the crash to render aid to the victim. However, the extent of injuries was too severe. The man was pronounced deceased at the scene.
Authorities later identified the victim as 52-year-old Steve Long Crisp of Bakersfield. At this time, investigations surrounding the crash are underway.
