FRESNO, CA – According to the Fresno County Sheriff’s Office, the driver of the car involved in a fatal DUI crash over the weekend was already out on bond for another DUI incident that hospitalized another driver last January.
A crash between Jensen and Marks avenues just before 4:00 a.m. left Angie Hlee Thao hospitalized Saturday morning. When Thao approached a stop sign at Jensen Avenue, which does not stop cross traffic, he was driving northbound on Marks Avenue.
