SANTA CLARITA, CA – Approximately 5:20 p.m. on Thursday, first responders reported a traffic collision on the northbound 5 Freeway near Highway 138 in Gorman, north of Santa Clarita, according to an official with the Los Angeles County Fire Department’s Command and Control Center.
According to the official, two vehicles and a semi were involved in the collision. A SigAlert was issued for the No. 1 lane at the scene of the crash. At least three hours are expected to pass before the lane reopens.
