Los Alamitos, CA – Los Alamitos crash kills man, dog, injures three: Police
LOS ALAMITOS, CA – In Los Alamitos, an eight-car crash left one person dead, three people injured, and a dog dead, according to police.
According to Los Alamitos Police Department spokesperson Robert Acosta, the crash occurred at the intersection of Katella Avenue and Los Alamitos Boulevard at about 6:15 p.m.
Acosta said the man who died and the dog, a yellow Labrador Retriever, were in the same car.
The three injured people included two who were trapped and had to be extricated, and a third who declined treatment against medical advice, Acosta said.
Acosta said the investigation into the crash is ongoing.
