Apple Valley, CA (February 03, 2022) – A pedestrian died after being struck by a car on Tuesday, February 1st in Apple Valley.
The accident took place at about 6:10 p.m. on Rancherias Road, in the area of Symeron Road.
According to sources, the pedestrian was crossing Rancherias Road in an easterly direction when she was struck by a northbound.
The pedestrian sustained critical injuries and was taken by ambulance to St. Mary’s hospital where she was pronounced dead.
The driver of the Honda was unharmed and remained on the scene to cooperate with officials.
