Adelanto, CA – Fatal pedestrian accident near Colusa Road kills one
ADELANTO , Calif (February 07, 2022) –A semi-truck struck and killed a pedestrian on US 395 on Saturday night.
The fatal crash occurred around 9:09 p.m. on January 29. Crews arrived at the scene in the southbound lanes of the freeway near Colusa Road. A tractor-trailer struck the pedestrian under unknown circumstances, according to reports. The driver pulled over on the right shoulder after the crash.
Medics responded to the scene and declared the pedestrian dead. Authorities have not released the pedestrian’s name or hometown. The unharmed truck driver remained on scene and cooperated with the police.
