Menifee, CA – Carla Luxhilario Struck, Killed by Car on Hwy 74 Near Trumble Rd
Menifee, CA (January 21, 2022) – Police and first responders were dispatched to the scene of a fatal pedestrian accident in Menifee on Tuesday, January 18th.
The accident happened at about 9:10 p.m. in the westbound lanes of Highway 74 in the area of Trumble Road when the victim was attempting to cross the roadway and was struck by a vehicle.
Upon their arrival, California Highway Patrol officers pronounced the victim, who has since been identified as 20-year-old Carla Luxhilario, dead at the scene.
The driver remained at the scene at has cooperated with the investigation.
