Indio, CA – Five Injured in Car Crash on Miles Ave near S Heritage Palms Dr
Indio, CA (January 18, 2022) – An auto accident reported on Friday evening ended in injuries. On January 14, the Riverside County Fire Department and police responded to the scene of an accident on Miles Avenue.
Reports from authorities show that a collision involving two vehicles occurred on Miles Avenue at the intersection of South Heritage Palms Drive at around 4:44 p.m.
Two people became trapped inside their vehicles and had to be extricated by firefighters.
A total of three people were transported to area hospitals with serious injuries. Two others were transported for moderate injuries. One of the victims was airlifted from the scene while the other four were transported by ambulance.
