Hanford, CA (January 06, 2022) – A 79-year-old man was struck by a vehicle and killed in Hanford, Calif., authorities say.
On 12th Ave. near railroad tracks, just north of Highway 198, the man was walking westward. Authorities say vehicles swerved to avoid the man before he was hit.
The driver of the vehicle involved in the accident stayed on the scene and cooperated with the police. According to the police, no DUI was involved.
