Wrongful Death Attorney
California has a high number of car accidents. One of the most populous states in the nation, the Golden State sees more car accidents than nearly any other state. Serious accidents often lead to serious, sometimes debilitating injuries and even death. Depending on the severity of the accident, victims may continue to suffer from their injuries for days, weeks, or even years after the accident. Auto accidents can change people forever.
In the United States, almost all car accidents result from some form of driver negligence. Intoxication, fatigue, and distraction are all possible causes of driver negligence. Currently, the most common distraction behind the wheel is cell phone use, specifically texting and using social media. Your quick glance at your phone could put you and others at risk for serious injury or even death.
