Brentwood, CA – Fatal Traffic Accident Takes Passenger’s Life at Baccini Ln & Concord Ave
Brentwood, CA (October 22, 2021) – Officials with the Police Department in Brentwood reported a fatal accident on Sunday, October 17, 2021. The incident took place at approximately 1:40 a.m. at the intersection of Baccini Lane and Concord Avenue.
Information from a preliminary investigation stated that a vehicle was traveling east on Concord Avenue when, for reasons unknown, it went off-road. The car stopped after hitting a wood split-rail fence.
The driver was transported to a local medical center to receive treatment for injuries said to be serious in nature. The passenger sadly lost her life in the crash. She was identified as a 27-year-old woman from Hayward.
At this time, her identity is being withheld due to pending family notification. Further information concerning the fatal wreck was not immediately available to report.
Police in Brentwood continue to investigate the circumstances of the accident.
