Arvin, CA (October 6, 2021) – The victim in a fatal pedestrian crash in Arvin has been identified by the California Highway Patrol as 72-year-old Maria Angela Morales. She was hit by a car at an intersection on September 27 at around 7:30 a.m. in Arvin, about half an hour from Bakersfield.
