Antioch, CA – Two-Car Crash Takes One Life on Wilbur Ave near Wilbur Lane
Antioch, CA (August 27, 2021) – A 39-year-old resident of Antioch was killed in a two-car crash at an intersection in Antioch on the morning of Wednesday, August 25. The fatal accident occurred at around 5:35 a.m., according to reports.
Initial information released regarding the crash shows that a mini quad and a vehicle collided at the intersection of Wilbur Avenue and Wilbur Lane. The reason for the collision remains unknown at this time.
Emergency crews performed life-saving measures on the injured victims at the scene, however, the driver of the quad lost their life. They were identified as a 39-year-old resident of Antioch.
The driver of the other vehicle involved remained at the scene and cooperated with authorities. Police in Antioch continue to investigate.
