Bakersfield Car Wrecks
Victims and their family members may suffer lasting impacts from vehicle collisions. More than 450,000 traffic accidents occur in the Golden State each year. Although we hope that everyone walks away from a crash scene unscathed, this is not often the case. Vehicle collisions throughout California end the lives of over 3,200 people each year, and more than 270,000 sustain injuries. Unfortunately, a large percentage of these collisions are the result of driver negligence. Some forms of driver negligence include reckless driving, speeding, impaired driving, fatigued driving, and more. Driver negligence accounts for more than 94% of all car crashes in the United States every year.
