Fresno, CA – Accident on Cedar Ave Claims One Life
Fresno, CA (January 23, 2021) – One man has lost his life following a motor vehicle accident on Thursday evening in the Fresno area. Just after 6:30 p.m., on January 21, officers with the Fresno Police Department responded to the scene of a crash on Cedar Avenue.
Reports from authorities show that a 53-year-old man was crossing in the area of Cedar Avenue and Floradora Avenue when he was struck by a southbound vehicle.
Paramedics arrived at the scene and immediately began to perform CPR on the injured man. He was then rushed to an area hospital where he later passed away from his injuries. At this time, the circumstances surrounding the incident are under investigation.
