California, being one of the most heavily populated states in the nation, and an extremely popular tourist attraction, sees more car accidents than almost any other state. The year-round warm weather and many different entertainment avenues makes the Golden State a great place to visit or live. However, with more people, sadly, comes more traffic accidents. Drivers here need to be extra cautious and mindful of others at all times due to the heavy traffic that includes not only other vehicles but pedestrians as well.

On average, the state sees over 400,000 car crashes take place per year. Of these accidents, more than 250,000 people sustain injuries and over 3,000 lose their lives each year. Alarmingly, a large percentage of the traffic collisions that occur here are the result of some type of driver negligence, be it intoxication, fatigue, or distraction.

If you believe that you or a loved one of yours has suffered serious injuries in a traffic accident caused by another person’s negligence, you may be entitled to significant financial compensation that can help cover the cost of your injuries and resulting losses.
