Sacramento, CA – CHP: Man killed in semi-truck crash on Florin Road
SACRAMENTO, CA – Sacramento man was killed in a car-versus-semi-truck accident on Thursday morning.
An accident report from the California Highway Patrol says it happened around 5:15 a.m. near Florin Road and 6th Parkway. According to the report, a semi-truck was going east on Florin Road when the driver made a U-turn at 6th Parkway.
The 22-year-old driver of a Toyota Camry was travelling east on Florin Road when he struck the right rear of a semi-truck and died.
Investigations are underway into the crash.
