Kings County, CA – Two big rigs crash in Kings County, killing a woman
KINGS COUNTY, CA – A woman was killed in a crash in Kings County late Tuesday night, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The woman was driving south on Avenal Cutoff Road near 25th Avenue when she attempted to make a three-point turn. A big rig traveling north on Avenal Cutoff Road struck the woman’s Lexus as she made the turn. The Lexus hit another semi-truck that had stopped in the southbound lane as it turned.
She died at Community Regional Medical Center in Fresno after she was airlifted there.
The drivers of the big rigs were not injured.
