Coalinga, CA – Driver killed in fatal crash after losing control
Coalinga, CA (January 16, 2022) – One driver is dead after a fatal accident in east Coalinga.
A driver of a Honda in the eastbound lanes of Jayne avenue near Enterprise parkway swerved onto the dirt shoulder to avoid oncoming traffic on Jan. 14.
The man then turned left, according to police, and lost control of his vehicle, careening into the westbound lanes of Jayne avenue where its right side was struck by an oncoming vehicle. He died as a result of his injuries.
As of now, there is no information about whether drugs or alcohol were involved.
