Motorcycle Fatalities in California

Motorcycle accidents end the lives of more than 500 people every year. An additional 14,000 riders will be left to deal with overwhelming pain and suffering from their injuries.

In an accident, motorcycle riders are completely exposed, which significantly increases their odds of sustaining broken and fractured bones, traumatic brain injuries, and crippling spinal cord injuries that will require prolonged and costly medical treatments. To make things even worse, injured riders are usually unable to return to work for months or even years as they recuperate.

If you are hurt or a family member is killed in a motorcycle accident, you will quickly be approached by insurance adjusters who seem like they are on your side but are, in fact, trying to lowball your settlement. Accepting a settlement from an insurance carrier is never in your best interest.

Often, insurance carriers offer the least amount of financial compensation to collision victims as a way to get them to sign over their legal rights and prevent them from pursuing additional damages.
