Stockton, CA – Benly Nic Nanthavong Dies in 2-Car Accident on SR-58 near Castle Butte Rd
Stockton, CA (November 12, 2021) – A two-vehicle collision occurred in Bakersfield on Friday, November 5, just before 2:45 a.m., and took the life of one man. The deceased was identified as Benly Nic Nanthavong, 27, of Stockton.
Responders were sent to assist at the scene located on westbound State Route 58 near Castle Butte Road and the Edwards Airforce Base. Two vehicles were located on-site that had been involved in a collision.
According to reports, one party was trapped inside their vehicle. Details concerning what led up to the crash have not been provided to the public at this time.
One person was declared deceased at the scene by medical professionals who responded to the call concerning the wreck.
