Fresno, CA – Andres Ramirez Orozco Killed in Fatal Traffic Accident at Shaw Ave & Millbrook
Fresno, CA (November 9, 2021) – One person has lost their life after a fatal collision happened in Fresno in the early morning hours of Monday, November 8. Authorities in Fresno are currently searching for the driver of an early 2000’s white Malibu or Impala style car that caused a fatal two-vehicle collision.
The scene unfolded just before 1:00 a.m. on Monday morning at Shaw Avenue and Millbrook. Investigators say that Andres Ramirez Orozco, 18, was driving his WV Jetta when he collided with a tree and lost his life.
The fatal crash was caused by the previously mentioned white Malibu/Impala that also caused a Toyota Camry to swerve and crash. The driver of the Camry, however, was uninjured, according to reports.
Sources say that both the Camry and the Jetta were headed toward Millbrook Avenue eastbound on Shaw when the white Malibu/Impala pulled out in front of them, causing them both to collide with one another.
Both vehicles swerved to try and miss the third vehicle and collided. They then both spun out of control. Authorities are still searching for the driver of the white Malibu/Impala style vehicle that fled the scene after the wreck took place.
No further information has been reported at this time. Police continue to investigate the circumstances of the wreck.
