Fresno, CA – Two Injured After Van Drives into Crowd at Tacos El Bello near Maple & Belmont
Fresno, CA (October 11, 2021) – At least two people sustained injuries after a van drove into a crowd of people at a taco truck in east-central Fresno on the evening of Saturday, October 9.
The taco truck, Tacos El Bello, was parked at a gas station located near the intersection of Maple and Belmont. The collision was reported to authorities in the area just after 7:00 p.m.
Paramedics and police were called to the scene in order to assist those who had sustained injuries. Two people required emergency treatment and transportation to an area hospital to receive medical care for injuries they sustained in the crash.
At this time, the involved parties have not been identified to the public. Police in Fresno continue to investigate the circumstances of the collision.
