Truck Accidents in California

Each year, truck accidents leave more than 2,900 people injured in Southern California. Although most commercial vehicle accidents are preventable, they continue to have negative consequences for drivers sharing the road. Commercial vehicles are far larger than other vehicles sharing the road, which increases the chances of them causing serious injuries to victims involved in collisions with them. In many cases, victims sustain traumatic injuries that require hospitalization, therapy, and various types of medical treatment both immediately and long-term. The mental, physical, and emotional consequences of semi-truck accidents are often overwhelming. To make matters even worse, victims are often forced to spend tens of thousands of dollars on medical bills, go without wages from being unable to work, and forced to deal with various other financial burdens from their accidents. When victims are injured in collisions resulting from negligent and reckless drivers, they should reach out to a truck accident attorney in California as soon as possible.
